The Presidential Management Staff (PMS), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites all service providers to submit their quotations for the
“Subscription to Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Trunks for the Presidential Management Staff (PMS) Internet Protocol-Private Branch Exchange (IP-PBX)
for 12 months” with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to Eight
Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP800,000.00).

In accordance with Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 9184, please quote your best
offer for the item/s described herein, subject to the attached Terms and Conditions provided on this Request for Quotation. Submit your proposal, duly signed by your authorized representatives, not later than 28 January 2025 at 12:00 PM via email at bac@pms.gov.ph.
