Description : REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL

The Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to submit quotations for the “Subscription to Multimedia Software (Cloud-based suite) for IDD” under “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP450,000.00).

Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B. Carlos through BAC Secretariat shall be on or before March 20, 2025, at the physical address or through the email address below.

Goods delivered shall be subject to inspection and acceptance by the designated PCAARRD representative. All prices shall be denominated in Philippine Peso and quotation shall be firm and valid for at least sixty (60) days from receipt of the proposal.
