I. Technical Requirements
A. Registration Policies for Walk-In Guests

1. Walk-in guests are required to scan the official QR code displayed at the venue entrance to access the Online Registration Form.

2. The Online Registration Form shall require the Walk-in guest to provide the following details:
a. Full Name
b. Email Address (optional)
c. Type of Guest
i. Students/Youth
ii. Educators/Trainers
iii. Industry Representatives/Employers
iv. Government
v. International Guest
d. Date/s of Visit

3. Once the form is completed, a system-generated QR code will be issued to the registrant via email for presentation at the Entrance Kiosk to claim a sticker badge valid for the day access only.

4. The system-generated QR Code can be used for sticker badge printing only once each day.
