“Subscription to IBM Application Programming Interface Connect (IBM API Connect)”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act and the Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-C-24-0000096, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fourteen Million Pesos (P114,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Subscription to IBM Application Programming Interface Connect (IBM API Connect)” (Project ID No. DBM-2025-51) covering FYs 2025 to 2027, with the breakdown of ABC as follows:
