Description : The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is procuring the Subscription of Graphic Design Software with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) in the amount of ONE HUNDRED SIXTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP160,000.00), inclusive of delivery costs and all applicable taxes.

In this regard, may we invite your company to submit a proposal for this project based on the requirements set forth in the Schedule of Requirements (Annex A), Technical Specifications (Annex B) and the Detailed Bid Price Schedule (Annex C).

Your proposal shall include copies of the following documents:

1 Certification of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) Registration or PhilGEPS Registration Number1

2 Valid and current Mayor-s or Business permit issued by the city or municipality where the principal place of business of the prospective bidder is located, or the equivalent document for Exclusive Economic Zones or Areas.
