1. Background
The institution intends to acquire a comprehensive suite of electronic resources to enhance academic research, teaching, and learning. The proposed package consists of seven (7) collections hosted on a unified platform, providing access to millions of journals, newspapers, primary sources, literary works, business insights, and eBooks. These electronic resources are accessible via IP authentication or remote login and serve unlimited users.
