Description : GENERAL REQUIREMENT

The project covers the supply, delivery, installation, testing and provisioning of the dedicated/leased line internet connection for the Office of the Ombudsman - Central in Quezon City specifically in OMB Proper
One (1) year subscription
At least 500 Mbps Committed Information Rate (CIR) full bandwidth
Service Availability and Reliability must not less than 99.5% per month
Must be fiber optic connection
At least 25 usable public IP addresses
Must be IPv6-ready and/or compliant connection
Must provide user access to Multi Router Traffic Grapher (MRTG) for monitoring of monthly bandwidth utilization
Must provide 24 x 7 x 365 customer service and technical support through phone, email or SMS and onsite support
The service provider shall provide rebates for service interruptions, and these rebates shall be credited to the Office of the Ombudsman on the subsequent monthly bill
Project implementation within 15 calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order
