Subscription to Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC)

1) The Department of Budget and Management (DBM)-Central Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act and the Multi-Year Contractual Authority No. MYCA-BMB-C-24-0000094, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty-Three Million Pesos (P153,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Subscription to Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC).” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DBM-Central Office now invites bids for the “Subscription to Cyber Security Operations Center (SOC)” as specified in Sections VI (Schedule of Requirements) and VII (Technical Specifications) of the Bidding Documents using the Multi-year Contracting. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents.
