Description : 1. The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) is conducting procurement through Small Value Procurement for the Project Subscription of Application Express - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Licenses, with an approved budget for the contract (ABC) amounting to Php870,000.00

2. The contract period shall be for 12 months starting on the date to be stated in the Notice to Proceed.

3. Refer to the attached Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications (ANNEX A) for further details.

4. The GSIS now invites quotations for said Project. Price Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Opening of Quotations.

5. A complete set of documents may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the GSIS website starting on 09 September 2025.
