“Subscription to the Appian Platform for
Business Process Management (BPM) and
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)”

1. The Department of Budget and Management (DBM), through the Continuing Appropriations, FY 2023 General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Forty-Two Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P42,200,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Subscription to the Appian Platform for Business Process Management (BPM) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)” (Project ID No. DBM-2024-72). The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DBM now invites bids for the above-entitled Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) of the Bidding Documents. Bidders should have completed within the period of August 27, 2019 to August 26, 2024 a contract simil...
