  An uninterrupted internet connectivity with a bandwidth of minimum of 1 Gbps Committed Information Rate (CIR) provided by the ISP utilizing fiber optic type technology or higher, to be deployed in TESDA Central Office;
  A minimum of Sixteen (16) public IP addresses each to be used for in-house developed web application systems;
  Public IPv4 subnet (/27).
  NTC-certified Tier 1 ISP.
  Support or IPV6 ready and compliant
  Must include all appropriate appliances and peripherals, e.g., modem or multiplexer, cables, and/or incidentals to interconnect and operate all equipment.
