1. The LEGAZPI CITY WATER DISTRICT, through the 2025 Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the Governing Board intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php706,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LCWD-2025-062 Submersible Pumps and Motors (Supply and Delivery of 1 lot - 3 HP Submersible Pump, 3 HP Submersible Motor with Control Box, 5 HP Submersible Pump, 5 HP Submersible Motor with Control Box, 10 HP Submersible Motor and 10 HP Motor Control Box). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The payment terms shall be within thirty (30) calendar days from date of complete delivery and acceptance.
