Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Php 315,000.00
2. Price Quotation should be inclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Price Quotation shall be submitted before the deadline of submission of RFQ.(7 days)
4. Delivery to LMWD Compound, Nula-Tula within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Notice of Award (Purchase Order). Delivery time is from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.(Monday to Friday)
5. Terms of payment should be indicated in the RFQ..
6. Price quotation should be valid for the period of one month from date of RFQ.
7. Suppliers shall submit the following requirement:
A. Duly signed RFQ.
B. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate
C. Original brochures of the items offered showing its complete specifications, if applicable.
