The UNIVERSITY OF EASTERN PHILIPPINES, has an approved allocation from its Due to Other Funds - Insurance in the amount of 989,550.00 (Approved Budget for the Contract) for the STUDENT INSURANCE OF UEP STUDENTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2025-2026
Prospective suppliers are invited to quote for the abovementioned project. All quotations are subject to terms, conditions, and instructions of the RFQ. Late quotations will not be accepted.
1. Interested suppliers may submit their formal proposals/quotations in a sealed envelope and drop the same at the designated Bid Box found at the UEP-BAC Secretariat Office on or before October 30, 2025 @ 01:30 PM.
