FOR THE
“Structured Cabling and Server Room Establishment in PAGASA-NAIA Terminal 1”

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the Regular Fund 101 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and 85/100 (Php4,549,958.85) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for payment under the contract for “Structured Cabling and Server Room Establishment in PAGASA-NAIA Terminal 1”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the “Structured Cabling and Server Room Establishment in PAGASA-NAIA Terminal 1” as per Project specifications indicated in the Detailed Scope of Works and the Bill of Quantities. Project Completion is within Forty-Five (45) calendar days. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price Validity is within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
