Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE STRUCTURAL ASSESSMENT OF THREE (3) RIZAL MEDICAL CENTER BUILDING
1. The Rizal Medical Center, through the Hospital Operating Income 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos & 40/100 (PhP 7,479,944.40) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Structural Assessment of Three (3) Rizal Medical Center Buildings under ITB No. 2025-366. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2. The Rizal Medical Center now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the Structural Assessment of Three (3) Rizal Medical Center Building. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 01 July 2025, Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. at Room M, 2/F Dormitory Building, Rizal Medical Center, Pasig Blvd., Pasig City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
