Description : 1.The Barangay Government of Barcelona, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2022 AND CY 2020, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (P110,765.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Purchase of materials and supplies for the Installation of Streetlights Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Government of Barcelona, Solsona,Ilocos Norte, using a single-year for a duration of 2 years Framework Agreement, through the Continuing Appropriation CY 2022 AND CY 2020, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE PESOS (P110,765.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each it.
