1. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 Realignment intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Five Hundred Forty Three Pesos & 37/100 Only (P974,543.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRAIGHT CONTRACT OF CIVIL WORKS FOR UPGRADING OF BUGAO LEVEL II TO LEVEL III WATER SYSTEM PHASE 3 under Contract No. BCW-2025-3959. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
