1. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 Realignment intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Nine Thousand Six Hundred Pesos & 69/100 Only (P 909,600.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for STRAIGHT CONTRACT OF CIVIL WORKS FOR REHABILITATION OF FOUNTAIN AT BARANGAY STA. TERESA under Contract No. BCW-2025-4114. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Bagamanoc, Catanduanes now invites bids for STRAIGHT CONTRACT OF CIVIL WORKS FOR REHABILITATION OF FOUNTAIN AT BARANGAY STA. TERESA.
