Description : Terms and Condition:
1. All prices quoted herein are valid, binding and effective at least within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days from date of quotation
2. Item nos. 4, 5 & 10 - The supplier shall submit a warranty certificate duly signed with 6 months validity upon delivery.
3. Delivery Term: 15 calendar days upon receipt of the contract (P.O) , 8:0am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays except Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
4. In case of change of brand, suppliers must submit a letter request within 5 calendar days before delivery. No approved letter request delivery shall not be accepted.
5. Payment Terms: Payment shall be based on the actual delivery subject to usual Accounting Rules and Regulations. Payment shall be made through ADA.
