Description : Terms and conditions:
1. The supplier shall undertake the delivery and installation of the machineries. Place of delivery -Linoan, Montevista, Davao de Oro;
2. Preferrably, suppliers within Davao Region and shall have an accredited service center that can render after sales services for the warranty, technical assistance, repair and maintenance;
3. Warranty against defective materials and workmanship shall be provided for parts and services except on consumable maintenance parts within one (1) year from the purchase of the equipment;
4. All equipment shall be shall be identified as "Property of DTI under SSF Project" with DTI Logo painted or printed in an outdoor sticker;
5. Tax shall be included in the total price;
6. Supplier shall shoulder the expenses for the operational testing/ training of authorized operators on the operation and basic repair/ maintenance of the machinery.
