Packaging: Individually packed in food- grade foil/polyethylene pouches or 1 pouch for the number of feeding days. The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Manufacturing Date and the expiration date. If possible, there must be an imprinted sign per pack which indicates "DepEd SBFP- NOT FOR SALE"
Expiration: Expiration date should at least 4 months from the date of delivery
Nutritional Content: The nutritional content shall have the following nutritional content based from the Food Composition Table. This nutritional content is assumed to be achieved if the serving size and weight are followed:
Minimum amount per serving : protein: 7-11g; carbohydrates: 50-80g ; energy 800kcal or more ; saturated fat: 0-7g; Added Sugar: less than 10-30grams; sodium: less than 120-200grams
