The Municipality of Balamban, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Other Mode of Procurement (Small Value Procurement) for the supply of SPORTS SUPPLIES, in accordance with Section 34.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009.
