Description : Invitation to Bid for SPORTS DEVELOPMENT: Sports Clinic
ITB No. 2023-018

1. The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Carmona, through the Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE) Funds, intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (P 335,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the program/projects/activities entitled SPORTS DEVELOPMENT: Sports Clinic received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bids and Awards Committee of Barangay Carmona now invites bids for SPORTS DEVELOPMENT: Sports Clinic bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
