Invitation to Bid for the Sports Development Related Activities

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves, through the Budget for the Contract approved by the Sanggunian intends to apply the sum of six hundred forty nine thousand nine hundred seventy five pesos and fifty centavos (Php 649,975.50) for Lot 1 (Food Supplies), and one hundred forty nine thousand nine hundred ninety six pesos (Php 149,996.00) only for Lot 2 (Sports Equipment), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Sports Development Related Activities. Bids received in excess of each item/lot of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government Unit of Las Nieves now invites bids for Food Supplies to be used for the Support to Las Nieves Delegation to the 2025 Provincial Athletic Meet. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days. Bidders should have completed, within 45 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
