REQUEST FOR QUOTATION

The Municipal Government of Antipas, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), hereby invites interested suppliers to submit price quotation for Spare parts for Toyota Hilux with the following items with ABC of P 97,160.00.

Request for Quotation form can be obtained from GSO, Municipal Hall, Antipas, Cotabato on April 1-4, 2025 and the deadline for submission of sealed quotation is on April 4, 2025 at 9:00 A.M.
Opening of sealed quotation is on April 4, 2025 A.M. at MPDO, Antipas, Cotabato.
