Invitation to Bid for the
SPARE PARTS FOR THE RM/UPGRADING FROM SINGLE PHASE TO THREE PHASE OF GENERATOR

1. The LGU-SIPOCOT, through the GF-MOOE 2025 intends to apply the sum of P 225,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Spare Parts for the RM/Upgrading from Single Phase to Three Phase of Generator received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SIPOCOT now invites bids for the Spare Parts for the RM/Upgrading from Single Phase to Three Phase of Generator. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
