Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
“Spare parts for Broadband Strong Motion stations (JICA Project)”

1) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of ELEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR THOUSAND (₱11,254,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Spare parts for Broadband Strong Motion stations (JICA Project)” with the Purchase Request Number 520250906115. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
