Description : Request for Quotation for the supply of Furniture:

The BPI-SPAL-Cebu, through the General Appropriation Act intends to apply the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (50,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).

The BPI SPAL-Cebu now invites bids from all PhilGEPS registered contractors for the abovementioned procurement.

The Bidder must submit a copy of PhilGEPS Registration, Updated Mayor's/ Business Permit, Certificate of BIR Registration, DTI Registration, and Photocopy of one (1) Company ID or one (1) Valid ID with three (3) specimen signature. The Office will also require the winning bidder to submit Omnibus Sworn Statement prior to the issuance of the Notice of Award.
