FOR THE SOURCE AND PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF BINALONAN WATER DISTRICT

1. The Binalonan Water District, through the 2025 Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-One Million Six Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Twenty-One Pesos and 73/100 (PhP 21,645,021.73) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract SOURCE AND PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT OF BINALONAN WATER DISTRICT, BIWAD2025-INFRA-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Binalonan Water District now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Five Hundred Fifty (550) days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
