Sound System, Lights and LED:
1. The Supplier shall provide basic sound system set-up.
2. The Supplier shall provide at least 8 PAR LED Lights.
3. The Supplier shall provide at least 4 wireless microphones and 2 wired microphones.
4. The supplier shall provide 12 feet x 9 feet LED Projector with 1080p Resolution.
5. The supplier shall provide at least 2 Operators during the event.
Documentation (Video, Photo):
1. Video Documentation during the interview and judging.
2. Photo documentation during the interview and judging.
3. At least 100 printed photos shall be provided after the event.
4. The supplier should produce a 5 minute video documenting the interview and judging activities.
