MUNICIPALITY OF BUENAVISTA

INVITATION TO BID FOR SOUND SYSTEM AND TABLES AND CHAIRS RENTAL FOR BUENAVISTA DAY ACTIVITIES

1. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque through Tourism Fund and Cultural Activities CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Pesos (₱157,680.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Sound System and Tables and Chairs Rental for Buenavista Day Activities. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Buenavista, Marinduque now invites bids for the Sound System and Tables and Chairs Rental for Buenavista Day Activities. Delivery of the goods is required upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed within one (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
