The Local Government Unit of Alcantara, Romblon through the GF - Special Account (SA) - 20% Development Fund (DF) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven Pesos and Sixty Three Centavos Only (Php4,992,437.63) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Solid Waste Management Program - Construction of Sanitary Landfill Facility (GAD Attributed) (Madalag, Alcantara, Romblon)/ 2025-024 (Works). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
