Advertisement No. 2025-042

1. The Municipality of Malabuyoc, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Pesos only (PhP 999,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Solid Waste Management Program with Advertisement Number 2025-042. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Malabuyoc now invites bids for the Solid Waste Management Program. Delivery of the Goods is required from the receipt of Notice to Proceed until December 2025. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
