INVITATION TO BID FOR

1. The Municipality of Barcelona, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php156,550.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Solid Waste Management, including 3Ps Program, Waste Segregation Training, Origon and the like (Supply & Delivery of Commercial Rice)/2025-4. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Barcelona now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 30 calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
