Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Solid Waste Collection, Transportation, Segregation and Residual Waste Disposal Services for the Year 2025-2026

1. The Cebu Port Authority through the CPA Corporate Budget 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Twenty-Four Pesos and Ninety-Three Centavos (PhP 8,917,024.93) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Solid Waste Collection, Transportation, Segregation and Residual Waste Disposal Services for the Year 2025-2026 with Project Identification Number 2025-02-GO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by after the expiration of the contract with the existing service provider or after the receipt of Notice to Proceed of this project whichever comes first. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
