Invitation to Bid for the SOLAR STREET LIGHTS FOR VARIOUS BARANGAYS IN GINGOOG CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL (2ND POSTING)

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget CY 2025-20% Development Fund for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Five Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand One Hundred Eighty Pesos and 81/100 only (PHP 596,180.81) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2025-INFRA-088. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
