INVITATION TO BID FOR

SOLAR POTABLE WATER SYSTEM - BARANGAY MAMBUG

The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur, from the Virginia Tobacco Excise Tax (RA7171) through Res. No. 67 s. 2024
intends to apply the sum of PhP1,998,769.62 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract, Solar Potable Water System at Barangay Mambug, NFRA 2025-040.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality of Burgos, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the works
is required within 30 cds. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project within three (3) years up
up to the date of bidding. The description of the eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly
in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
