The CITY GOVERNMENT OF CABANATUAN through its Bid and Awards Committee (BAC), will undertake Small Value Procurement for the SOIL TESTING SERVICES in accordance with Section 53.9 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulation of Republic Act No. 9184.

A complete set of quotation documents may be purchased by interested proponents on November 24 2025 from the BAC Secretariat at the Bids and Awards Committee Office¬ upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Five Hundred Pesos (P 500.00). Moreover, eligibility documents to be submitted are (i) photocopy of proponent-s Department of Trade and Industry or Securities and Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, as the case maybe; (ii) Mayor-s Permit; and (iii) list of previous works done and respective clients.
