Minimum or Equivalent Specifications:

I. Software Defined Radio Kit
• At least 6 pieces
• Must be based on Analog Devices AD9363--Highly Integrated RF Agile Transceiver and Xilinx® Zynq Z-7010 FPGA
• RF coverage must be from 325 MHz to 3.8 GHz
• Instantaneous bandwidth must be up to 20 MHz
• Must have a flexible rate, 12-bit ADC and DAC
• Can be supported by MATLAB® and Simulink®
• Must be enabled by libiio drivers and supports OS X®, Windows®, and Linux®
• Must be USB powered interface with Micro-USB 2.0 connector
• Must have a high-quality plastic enclosure

II. Microcontroller Kit
• At least 6 pieces
• Must have an 8GB RAM
• Must have USB 3.0 port
• Must have an updated Gigabit Ethernet chip with PoE capability
• The 64-bit-quad core processor must be running at 1.5 GHz with built-in metal heat sink
• Wireless LAN must operate on dual bands, 2.4GHZ and 5GHz
• Must have a faster Gigabit Ethernet
