  The East Avenue Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites bidders to apply for the Small Value Procurement - Supply and Delivery of Various Accessories of Patient Monitor of BIOMED Section
  
  Interested bidders are hereby required to submit their SEALED PROPOSALS, together with the required VALID LEGAL DOCUMENTS, to the Procurement Office on or before April 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Only bidders with COMPLETE SUBMISSIONS shall be eligible to undergo post-qualification evaluation. Failure to submit complete documentary requirements shall be a ground for disqualification.
