  The East Avenue Medical Center, through its Bids and Awards Committee, invites bidders to apply for the Small Value Procurement - Supply and Delivery of Refill of Fire Extinguishers for Hospital Use - EFM
  
  Interested bidders are hereby required to submit their SEALED PROPOSALS, together with the required VALID LEGAL DOCUMENTS, to the Procurement Office on or before March 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Only bidders with COMPLETE SUBMISSIONS shall be eligible to undergo post-qualification evaluation. Failure to submit complete documentary requirements shall be a ground for disqualification.
