Description : The National Food Authority - Regional Office I (NFA-ROI), through the CY 2025 Corporate Operating Budget (COB), intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php775,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Procurement of Consultancy Services to provide Professional and Technical Assistance /Guidance in preparation for ISO 9001:2015 Re-Certification and Continuous implementation and Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the NFA-ROI and NFA-LUBO under Project Reference No. NFA-2025-RBAC-REG1-006. Offer/s received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

The Pre-ISO Re-certification Consultancy Services shall be procured through Small Value Procurement under Section 53.9 of the IRR of RA 9184 under the following terms and conditions:
