INSTALLATION OF GABIONS ALONG CANAL BESIDE OF ELEMENTARY AUDITORIUM - POBLACION PUBLIC CEMETERY (PHASE 2)

1. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa, through 5% MDRRM FUND 2024 intends to apply the sum THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (₱350,000.00) Only. Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SJADS INFRA 25-07: INSTALLATION OF GABIONS ALONG CANAL BESIDE OF ELEMENTARY AUDITORIUM - POBLACION PUBLIC CEMETERY (PHASE 2) Located at Poblacion, Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sta. Josefa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required FORTY-FIVE (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
