Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SITE PREPARATION FOR PIPELINE REPAIR AND OTHER WORKS BY THE DAVAO CITY WATER DISTRICT (CONTRACT 4)

1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Seven Million Four Hundred Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Ten Pesos (PhP27,447,310.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SITE PREPARATION FOR PIPELINE REPAIR AND OTHER WORKS BY THE DAVAO CITY WATER DISTRICT (CONTRACT 4). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Three Hundred Ninety-Five (395) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (The details of the contract duration are contained in Section V.
