1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2022 GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of FORTY MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP 40,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR SPARK SAMAR SPORTS CITY, CATBALOGAN CITY (PHASE 2) - Project ID No.: NOV26-2022-079. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for SITE DEVELOPMENT FOR SPARK SAMAR SPORTS CITY, CATBALOGAN CITY (PHASE 2). Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred (300) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
