1. The Municipality of Basilisa, through the 20% MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Fifty-Two Thousand Pesos Only (7,952,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-SPECIES HATCHERY located at Brgy. Geotina, Basilisa, Dinagat Islands. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
