1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR, through the 2025 - GENERAL FUND - PROPER intends to apply the sum of TWENTY - SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 26,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SITE DEVELOPMENT OF BARANGAY PAYAO GOVERNMENT CENTER, CATBALOGAN CITY - Project ID No.: OCT08-2025-072. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF SAMAR now invites bids for SITE DEVELOPMENT OF BARANGAY PAYAO GOVERNMENT CENTER, CATBALOGAN CITY. Completion of the Works is required Four Hundred Forty (440) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
