1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the General Fund 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (P 1,130,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Siphoning of Septic Tanks at Various Hospitals & Facilities of PGNE. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotations.

2. The PGNE now invites Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) registered Suppliers to quote for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required by thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.
