GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

The general purpose of scheduling septic tank siphoning is to ensure the proper maintenance and longevity of the septic system. Regular siphoning or pumping helps prevent system failures, health hazards, and environmental contamination.

GENERAL CONDITION:

1. The prospective bidders/contractors must conduct Site Inspection and secure Inspection Certificate 3-days before the submission of bids.

2. The prospective bidders/contractors must have EMB-DENR Compliance and DOH approved ESC and latest PhilGEPS.

3. The prospective bidders/contractos there must have siphoning project from the Government with at least two (2) consecutive years. Present Certification from the Institution with attach PO's as proof.

4. The winning bidder/contractor shall submit pictures from start to finish of siphoning and manual cleaning inside the septic tank....
